This townhome has so much to offer you!  For sleeping arrangements, there are two master king suites, a queen suite, a queen loft suite, and a bunk room with a custom made queen over queen bunk plus a queen sofa sleeper, each of these rooms has a private or adjacent bath. The two king suites also have separate jetted tubs and showers plus double vanities! There is also a sofa sleeper in our new theatre room. We have a port-a-crib for your baby too!
This townhome is unique because it has three exterior entrances and can be locked-off inside and rented separately, in combination or, the entire townhome, of course!   Here are the three areas:

As you enter our townhome on the main floor, you'll delight at the warmth and comfort of the

OLD WORLD LIVING ROOM with two-story fireplace and inviting furnishings. Enjoy Dish Network throughout our townhome on any one of our 5 TV's. We particularly enjoy the music channels as we sit and relax in front of the fireplaces. We also offer a two car garage, second kitchen, 5.5 bathrooms, 5 TV's, wireless internet access, 4 fireplaces, a home theatre,a game room and much, much more.

This is the OLD WORLD KITCHEN and the deck is just outside the door.

HERE IS THE GETAWAY SUITE!

Need a retreat, you'll love our King Getaway Suite located on the main floor at ground level!   This area can be accessed through a private courtyard entrance and it is located just off of the kitchen and offers coziness and luxury including a king bed, gas fireplace, TV with DVD, VCR and satellite, pub table and chairs, microwave, mini-fridge and  dishes. The bath is complete luxury with beautiful tile,  a separate shower, jetted tub and double vanity.   There is also a large walk-in closet off of the bath.

RATES

Rates range from $125/night to $650/night depending on whether you are looking to rent just a single area, a combination of areas or the entire townhome.  Rates also vary by season, length of stay and days of the week. 

50% down is required to confirm the reservation with the balance due 4 weeks before arrival.  Each stay is subject to a  cleaning fee, local taxes and refundable security deposit.  Don't hesitate to email or call for  availability and a price quote!

OLD WORLD KING SUITE!

We love to open the window and listen to the stream and waterfall below.  This bedroom has double walk-in closets and a private luxury bath with double vanities, double shower heads and a separate jacuzzi tub.

Amenities in this room also include a custom-made TV armoire with satellite, DVD and VCR capability.

THE OLD WORLD QUEEN SUITE is pictured below.  It has a very nice private bath as well.  November 2009 this loft is being enclosed to make another private suite.   We are almost finished!!

THE RUSTIC LODGE AREA IS PICTURED AND DESCRIBED BELOW:

Bunk room with queen over queen bunk and queen sofa sleeper.  Bath is located just to the left out of view and then the area enters into the 2nd kitchen/game room below.

This is our Entertainment Room with 52" HDTV, foosball, game armoire with many games; leather sofa sleeper, leather recliners, bean bag chairs and not pictured are our video game chairs and our island with (3) pub chairs.

No matter which area you rent, you will have access to the hot tub.  If you rent the entire townhome, the hot tub is completely private for your group.  If you rent just a single area or combined areas the hot tub becomes a shared, semi-private amenity allowing usage each day in two hour blocks.
