This Townhome Can Sleep up to 24.  There are 4 large bedrooms plus a sofa sleeper in the living room and futon sleeper in the game room.  All bedrooms have a private or adjoining bath for a total of 4.5 terrific baths.

The Kitchen is hugh and the dining area can accommodate up to 27!

As you enter our townhome on the main floor, you'll delight at the warmth and comfort of the living room with two-story rock fireplace and inviting furnishings. Enjoy the Dish Network HD Gold Package throughout our townhome on any one of our 5 TV's.   Opposite the leather sofa (not pictured) is a sofa sleeper and a powder room just off this room as well.

Kitchen/Dining/Family Room - Main Floor

The kitchen, dining and family room are the heart of our home. We love to gather with family and friends for meals, laughter and conversation and believe you do too! The large U-shaped kitchen has more than enough cabinet space and plenty of room for several cooks. We offer just about every kitchen appliance and gadget to make meal preparation simple plus a double oven and roaster oven.

We have three gathering height tables that each expand to seat eight persons plus counter dining for three. Up to 27 can easily dine, laugh, party and enjoy together or for a smaller group, the individual tables are so intimate.

The adjoining family room focuses on the warmth of the fireplace with rustic mantle made from an old sycamore tree and an old antique safe owned by my parents. Above the fireplace is a 37" flat panel LCD TV with DVD/VCR and satellite - mounted on a cantilever arm so it can be adjusted for everyone in the kitchen, dining, and family room to view at the same time. This TV and all components are operated by a "Harmony" remote.

RATES

Rates range from $400/night - $825/night  depending on the season, length of stay, and days of the week.  Each stay is subject to a cleaning fee, local taxes and a refundable security deposit.  50% down is required at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation with the balance due 4 weeks before arrival.    Don't hesitate to email or call for  availability and a price quote!

We have four very large private bedrooms, each with it's own adjoining bath plus the totally enclosed game room can double as a 5th bedroom with the futon sleeper. We also have a sofa sleeper in the living room!
